By using https://ceasy.app (the “Site”) and/or any of our applications (together with the Site, the “Service”) you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this privacy policy (“Policy”).

This Policy describes how Ceasy Data collects and uses the personal information you provide on the Service (or that we otherwise collect in connection with the Service) as well as the data we collect by connecting to third party sources on your behalf as authorized by you (and described further below). – It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of such information and how you can access and update this information. This Policy is in effect throughout the full duration of your use of the Site and Service. If you do not agree to this Policy, you are not permitted to use the Site or Services. Information we collect

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages users access or visit, and information volunteered by the user (such as survey information and/or site registrations).

In the course of using our site or registering for the Services, we may collect contact information such as:

  • Let you interact with your contacts, such as sharing calendars, or creating meetings

Further we may also collect the following data, depending on what extensions and services you add to your account:

  • Calendar data, such as events, working times, shift plans, holidays, absences
  • Third party calendar data (such as Google, Apple, Microsoft i.e.)
  • Company details, such as name, address, billing information, joined users, further company related user data
  • Further company related user data, such as holidays, absences, working time

We use this information to:

  • calculate your availability, overtime, pay slips
  • connect and/or share your third party calendar data to your network, depending on your privacy settings
  • invoice your company and offer all the information and user data your company needs to know, depending on the extensions/services the company bought

We use cookies to track your session information in order to improve your experience of the Site and the quality of our Service. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. We do link the information we store in cookies to any personal information you submit while on our site.

As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. We use Google Analytics as a third-party element integrated into the Site. By using cookies, Google Analytics collects and stores data including but not limited to time of visit, pages visited, time spent on each page of the Site, the Internet Protocol (IP) address, and the type of operating system used in the devices used to access the Site. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally-identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register. International transfers of personal data

Some elements of the Site may be hosted on servers located in countries outside your own country. The laws applicable to the protection of personal data in such countries may be different from those applicable in your home country. While using Ceasy, all data that is transferred between your computer and our Service is encrypted with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

While using the Service, we never store your sensitive information in cookies. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We have a Data Security Policy that details how Priori Data transmits, stores and uses Connected Account data.

Ownership and privacy of data

We understand that Ceasy relies on sensitive private data, company data and calendar data to be stored on our servers, and that steps must be taken to ensure this data stays private.

Additionally, from time to time, our sales, support and engineering staff (including those of third party service providers we use authorized to carry out tasks on our behalf as described below) may log in to the Service on your account in order to provide you assistance with sales, billing or technical issues upon your request.

Furthermore, all employees of Ceasy are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to ensure the privacy of your data.

Information is also provided in certain limited circumstances to third parties to carry out tasks on our behalf for the purpose of maintaining, operating, providing and improving the Service (including without limitation, billing, emailing, processing applications, CRM, support or data storage) with strict restrictions that prevent the data from being used or shared except as directed by us. When third parties are carrying out these tasks on our behalf, they are subject to agreements that oblige them to process such information only on our instructions and in compliance with this Policy and to undertake appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us. You hereby acknowledge and consent to such use by using our Service.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, including for up to 1 year following the cancellation of your contract.   • You have the right to opt-out from our marketing or newsletter communications at any time. You can exercise this right by clicking on the “unsubscribe” or “opt-out” link in the marketing e-mails we send you.

Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
